Recharge

After a long couple months, it's been great to recharge the batteries a bit. We are currently under lease negotiations for our new space in Chicago and very much looking forward to the expansion...it's time to spread our wings a bit.

Not a hell of a lot more to say other than hope everyone enjoyed their fourth.

Signed, sealed & delivered

Yesterday was a good day. Mental Giant made it to NYC for MTV delivery with four minutes to spare...a month of no sleep, 150k+ in soft costs plus a shoot budget that would make a lot of folks throw up seems to no longer matter when you see the final product. It was the hardest shoot/post/project we've ever done, but seeing the final through new eyes was exciting. It really is cool.

While the file was uploading I was lucky enough to shoot the game opener for our friends at Sporting KC. Such an amazing group--not sure there's another batch of world class athletes the that are both that humble and that fun. Can't wait to see it on the 80 ft. screen at Livestrong Stadium this summer.

Oh yeah. I guess I moved. My poor wife moved our entire house (with the help of movers, obviously) yesterday...I had been in LA for the previous two weeks shooting Jay Rock and came back to three 16 hours days. If you see her give her a hug...that must have sucked.
